Norwest Junior Rugby Union Club considers the safety and welfare of its players and their families as its highest priority.
Our coaches, managers and officials have all completed the relevant training requirements for their respective roles, and the club provides professional First Aid services for all Juniors home games, courtesy of our partnership with Norwest Orthopaedic & Sports Physiotherapy.
We are committed to providing a family-focussed culture that enables our players to develop their rugby skills in a safe, inclusive and enjoyable environment.

My name is Esther and I am a volunteer Sports Chaplain, accredited with Sports Chaplaincy Australia (SCA).
My primary role within Norwest Bulls Junior Rugby Union Club is to support and care for all club members, including players, referees, coaching staff,
families and all other volunteers.
Helping through difficult circumstances such as grief and loss, sickness and injury, and the various challenges of life, and providing a confidential, non-judgemental, safe listening ear for members going through a tough time or anyone who wants to have a chat.
I am also supported by Matt Pemberton, SCA’s Rugby Chaplain for NSW and can connect you to Matt where helpful.
